The old fishermen's burg of Portofino is the ideal destination for a wedding rich in colors and scents, as you can see from the pictures of Veronica and Christian's wedding. 

A nice curio about this wonderful wedding? Veronica & Christian, born-and-bred in Liguria, support opposing soccer teams from Genova (she, Genoa, and he, Sampdoria). The bride's mothers prepared a surprise for them: outside the church, they could fly balloons with the colours of their favourite teams.

With the newlyweds' looks of joy and awe still fresh in my mind, I can really sing "I found my love in Portofino".
